Susan Libby, cello, has been a member of the Glimmerglass Opera Orchestra since 1986. In addition,
she is the Principal Cellist of both the Albany Symphony Orchestra and the Schenectady Symphony, the
Assistant Principal Cellist of Glens Falls Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the Key West
Symphony Orchestra. She received a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from Indiana University
School of Music in 1982. She is also the Personnel Manager of the Albany Symphony Orchestra and
maintains a private teaching studio.
